Very good review.
However, in terms of 'website content - quality information', do you really think people visit a site as they want to know more about the company by clicking on 'About Us' and 'Corporate Info'?

We rather think the utmost important aspect of a website content in regard to quality information; is simple giving the relevant information to satisfy what the reader are searching for. The more quality your information, the higher trust you will gain from the click. We do not think readers care about 'About Us' section of the website (i.e. people go to comparison websites to buy the cheapest deals - they do not care who is behind www.comparethemeerkat.com. Do you what we mean?

Within marketing communications, one of the greatest advantage of using a website to advertise your business is the content, and muliple pages of information you can provide to the reader/ customer. Pages that offer the reader more background information about the company do help to give a sense of trust of whos behind the organisation. They allow students/ journalists/customers to find out about the structure of the company such details such as contact information. As not all websites provide content, for example some services (Builders, Removal companies) websites, the customer needs to email or phone for a quote - so they will visit the Abous us or Contact Us page of the website just to get the information, and some would like to know who is behind the face of the company before they make that phone call.
